Who we are
Steady Robots (“we”) is operated by Roman Sorokin, who is the data controller. Contact: romansorokin73@gmail.com. This policy covers steadyrobots.com and its subdomains, unless a product page states its own policy.
Visiting our sites
- We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
- We count visits and button clicks in aggregate, without cookies. To tell unique visitors apart we use a pseudonymous id: a hash of a secret, the IP address and the browser string, with the secret rotating every 30 days. The IP address itself is never stored.
- Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical request data to deliver and protect the sites.
Waitlists and email
- Some product pages offer a waitlist before the product exists. If you leave your email, we use it only to tell you about that product’s launch and price.
- Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time; every email has an unsubscribe link, or write to us and we delete your address.
- We do not sell or share emails and keep them only until launch news is sent or you ask us to delete them, at most 24 months.
Google user data (Steady Robots Research)
- What we access: keyword planning data (keyword ideas, average monthly searches, competition, bid ranges) from our own Google Ads account, through the Google Ads API with the scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. - Who signs in: only the operator of Steady Robots, with their own Google account. The tool is not offered to anyone else.
- How we use it: only to research search demand for our own product decisions. We do not create or change campaigns, budgets or billing.
- Storage and sharing: data is stored on the operator’s computer, is not shared with or sold to third parties, and is not used for advertising.
- Deletion: access can be revoked at any time in the Google Account permissions page; stored keyword data is deleted on request.
- Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Write to romansorokin73@gmail.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
